Las Amapolas is grown in a wonderful microclimate creating a dense bean that is equally dense in flavor. Las Amapolas is from one of the most remote places in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. In the cup you will be met by a tremendous amount of sweetness, a silky wine like body, balanced out by notes of red berries and a hint of bakers chocolate on the finish.
