Eulogia Carrillo Julca harvested & processed this micro lot on her 7.5 acre farm, La Coipa, located near the community of San Ignacio in the Cajamarca region. She has her own micro mill where she produces all the coffee and dries the coffee on raised beds for 21 days. She has been producing coffee for 50 years.
In the cup expect a beautiful display of balance and complexity of flavor. Peach pie, vanilla, and cherry shine through whether you're brewing on filter and espresso.
