El Salvador Buenos Aires Pacamara

Tax included.

Buenos Aires Farm is situated on Llamatepec, the volcano of Santa Ana, which yields ideal coffee growing soil. Aires is owned by Ricardo Kriete, a fourth generation coffee producer. Ricardo recently expanded his operation, acquiring a mill and now earns more money for his coffee, because he is now doing all the milling at the farm. This coffee is full of blackberry notes balanced out by an incredibly sweet body of caramel and chocolate. This coffee shines because it's a single variety Pacamara, named after how massive the beans are and named after the varieties Pacas & Maragogipe, meaning "Elephant."
