The Oromia region offers up some of the best coffees throughout Ethiopia, with coffees that are dense in structure, loaded with fruity sweetness & florals. This coffee comes form Guji, grown by Biru Bekele at his farm. With farms between 1800 & 2100M, this region is known for some of the best coffees in the world.
In the cup we're tasting a lot of florals, along with peach and zesty citrus.
