La Estrella Del Ostro gets its name from the star of the southern wind, which shines just above the mountain range where this coffee is grown. On a clear night, this bright start points towards the top of the mountain in La Plata, Huila. This farm started wit ha few small scale producers from the township of Belen, which is part of La Plata.
cherry, orange peel and candied pecan bring this together as a very balanced everyday drinker from Colombia.
